The Veterinary Association of Zambia (VAZ) is pleased to formally notify all members that its new digital platforms, the VAZ Corporate Website and the Secure Members Portal have been officially launched, marking a key milestone in the implementation of the VAZ Strategic Plan 2026–2030 and a decisive step toward a more transparent, efficient, member-centred Association.
The platforms strengthen institutional governance, enhance member engagement, and improve service delivery nationwide, in direct support of the Strategic Plan's three core pillars: Institutional Strengthening; Member Value and Professional Development; and Advocacy and Public Awareness.
KEY FEATURES: Corporate Website — A public-facing platform hosting VAZ policy positions, animal health advisories, the CPD calendar, and public resources on responsible animal health and welfare; Members Portal — A secure, members-only platform for online subscription renewal, verification of practising status, CPD credits and e-learning access, and a national member directory: Future phases add CPD webinars, a resource library, and real-time stakeholder engagement.
ACTION REQUIRED BY MEMBERS: Activate: Activate your Members Portal account by creating new membership credentials without delay. Verify: Confirm that your practising status, contact details, and CPD records are accurate and up to date on the portal.
